nien elton john himself rarely used/needed drums and there are several songs of good quality that can live without them eg. green days time of your life

nien elton john himself rarely used/needed drums wtf? wrong! 97% of Elton John songs feature drums! And for good music, neither guitar or drums are required to make it good. To say generally which instrument is more important is stupid; in some genres one is more important than another, but in terms of a band, the drums are more important than a guitarist as they keep the other members in time (or at least should do), whereas an electric/acoustic guitar isnt really required eg the band Keane. Thats my 12 cents anyway

Thats my 12 cents anyway imsure u just made that figure up but yeh good points there and for rock at least thge style ayaz is into [shit nu metal] drums and guitar or some other instrument generally are both needed to complete the sound but in not all genres are drums always needed, u dont often use drums phil and ur musics great, add stupidly high amount of sarcasm

Look ian, PHIL SEAMAN is the music meister here and did u see his ultimate point for the DRUMMER? - that THE DRUMMER is also the conductor for he keeps everyone in the band in time and manipulates the tempo of the music.

Well it depends on what type of music it is. But phil is not a music master or he would have sold more albums

I do that Ayaz but u missed th point of my post. I was sayin that phil is not th best in th world an can't b called a music master.I was not tryin 2 make fun of phil like so many others do. 1 other thing th word ur lookin 4 is master MEISTER does not exist.
Now moving bavk 2 topic guitars r better cause it is used in songs more. ur never hear a song with just drums in it do u? [whisper=Bruce, admin(s)]Did u delete my post?[/whisper]
